1. Agreement to terms
By signing up for a Padelo padel ball subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with your subscription.
2. Minimum contract period
All subscriptions are subject to a minimum contract period of three (3) months from the date your first order is dispatched.
During the minimum contract period you are committed to paying for each monthly delivery in full. Cancellation requests received during the initial three-month period will take effect at the end of that period, not immediately.
After the minimum contract period has been completed, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time in accordance with Section 3 below.
3. Cancellation after the minimum period
Once your three-month minimum period is complete, you may cancel your subscription at any time by giving at least seven (7) days written notice before your next billing date.
To cancel, please contact us by email at [your email address] or through the account section of our website.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice before your next billing date will take effect the following month. You will not be charged for any orders after your confirmed cancellation date.
4. Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly on or around the same date each month, starting from the date of your first order. Payment is taken in advance for each month's delivery.
We accept payment by debit card, credit card, and other methods as displayed at checkout. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method monthly.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you within 48 hours. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days of the due date, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
5. Pricing and discounts
Subscription prices are as displayed on our website at the time of sign-up. All prices include free delivery.
Special discounts available to coaches, instructors, and bulk subscribers (3 or more boxes per month) are applied at our discretion and confirmed at the time your subscription is set up. Discounts are non-transferable and apply to the named subscriber only.
We reserve the right to revise subscription prices. If prices change, we will give you at least 30 days written notice before any new pricing takes effect. You may cancel within this notice period at no penalty.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all monthly orders within 2 working days of your billing date. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent service and typically arrives within 2–5 working days of dispatch.
Delivery is included in the subscription price across all tiers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and kept up to date. Address changes must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
7. Pausing your subscription
You may request to pause your subscription for up to two (2) months in any 12-month period. Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. No charge is made during a paused period.
Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you contact us to extend or cancel.
8. Returns and refunds
If balls arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
As subscription balls are perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened, undamaged cans may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus the cost of return postage.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
9. Changes to your subscription
You may upgrade or downgrade your tier, or change your brand preference, at any time by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Changes will take effect from the following month's delivery.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your subscription will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
